DESCRIPTION:El Club del Disco de la asociación de vecinos La Expansión de San Lorenzo continúa su tercera temporada celebrando una nueva sesión este jueves 8 de febrero\, a las 19.00 horas\, con una pinchada de Holding Hands with Jamie (2015)\, álbum del grupo irlandés Girl Band. \nGilla Band (anteriormente Girl Band) es una banda irlandesa de post-punk y noise rock de Dublín fundada en 2011 y compuesta por la vocalista Dara Kiely\, el guitarrista Alan Duggan\, el bajista Daniel Fox y el baterista Adam Faulkner. \nSu carrera comenzó con el sencillo de 2012 «In My Head»\, seguido del tema «You’re a Dog»\, que los llevó a un contrato de grabación con Rough Trade en 2015. \nHasta la fecha\, han lanzado una serie de sencillos y EP\, el álbum aclamado por la crítica Holding Hands with Jamie (2015)\, después de una pausa en 2016-7 debido a problemas de salud\, The Talkies (2019)\, influenciado por el techno y el glam\, y luego Más normal (2022). \nCada semana\, en el Club del Disco de la asociación de San Lorenzo (calle Repelón\, 6) se pinchan discos clásicos en vinilo para disfrutar en compañía y mientras te tomas algo a precios populares. \n
